The success of a company is directly tied to the success of its people. How well the company operates relies on how well its employees perform and collaborate, which in turn is influenced by the quality of their tools.

Our mission is: to create an environment that empowers individuals to do their best work. We want to make life simpler and help people be more productive and efficient, all while staying true to their personal values.

1. People need to talk

Communication is key to effective teamwork. Whether it's in person, through chats and calls, leaving comments on a Google doc, or by sending a Pigeon post, people need to communicate.

2. Context Switching negatively impacts focused work

The frustration of constantly juggling between different applications is real. Each transition disrupts our flow, forcing us to shift gears, reorient our thoughts, and find our footing again. It's like repeatedly hitting the brakes while driving on a highway, impeding progress and hindering productivity. An intelligent contextual interlinking between different aspects of the work on the other hand can avoid our attention from getting fragmented directly improving productivity.

3. Most people are Minimalists

People crave simplicity in their work tools. Complexity only leads to confusion, slower productivity, and a steeper learning curve. **Good design is as little design as possible**. Beyond a group of power users, tech-savvy and probably a vocal majority in tech echo chambers of the world, the value of minimalism often goes unnoticed.

4. Pareto Principle in Workplace

80% of the results come from 20% of the inputs. A lot of repetitive work is mundane and steals time that could be spent on high-ROI work.

5. Mobile is equally important

There is a large class of employees relying on mobile to stay connected. Unfortunately, the desktop and web-focused approach of the popular work apps has left this group with suboptimal tools, hindering their effectiveness. Even the primarily non-mobile user is not tethered to their desktop constantly. Whether it's traveling, attending meetings, or simply being away from the desk, it should still be easy to catch up quickly and communicate effectively.
